Payment
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Payment
If for any reason that you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so
24 hours prior to your appointment. If less than 24 hours prior to
your appointment, a $25 charge will be assessed. If same day
cancellation no refund will be issued. Payment is due before appiontment.
